Any person may determine the method of cremation, kazkiria or sadagat to be performed after his death while he is still alive.
(2) If a person determines the method of cremation, kazkiriya or sadagat according to sub-section (1), the rightful person shall also carry out his cremation, kazkiriya or sadagat according to the wishes of the deceased person.
(3) If a person has not determined the method of cremation, kazkiria or sadagat according to sub-section (1), the rightful person shall perform his cremation, kazkiria or sadagat according to the prevailing traditions and rituals.
